They were very easy to work with, extremely communicative, and open/honest with all the things that were needed for our situation. They were very efficient in their work whilst also finding time to walk the customer through what they were doing and pointing out things to look out for in the future.

My grandmother’s water heater had been out for 2 weeks; she’s on disability, so funds are tight, but they went out of their way to work with us to get her hot water again, thank God, because cold showers suck haha. And they also did some extra minor fixes, aka leaks, while they were here.
If you’re going to spend a lot of money on your house to fix plumbing issues or upgrading it, then you can’t go wrong with these guys. They are a smaller company, which means they are more personable, great customer service, and the skills to back it up. Yes, it may cost more in the short run, but if you can one-and-done a repair that will last 10 or 20 years, then you’re saving money in the long run.
If they can fix my grandmother’s 1950s trailer, which is no easy feat, then your money will be well spent.
